It’s been a full year since we posted an update to our blog! Time sure does fly.

This year, we finally got started on our garage. We poured the foundation this fall and then decided to hit the pause button until the spring so we could save up some more money. The plan is to build a second level to eventually be an additional guest/hangout space, so the foundation is extra beefy to support the 2nd level. We’re hoping that by waiting a few months we can build the shell of the second story, then finish that space as we can.

In the meantime, in keeping with our tradition of doing a family recap video, here’s our 2023 family video diary! We hope you enjoy it! Let us know in the comments what is your favorite snippet.

We enjoyed lots of great adventures this year including mountain bike trips to Fruita and Steamboat Springs, a spring break trip to Moab, three weeks in Michigan, and plenty of skiing and hiking.
